Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).
Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Lipera subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 5 business days before your renewal date.

Cancellations made after your renewal has processed will apply to the following cycle.
