Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Please include the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Reason for cancellation

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your Lipera subscription at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 5 business days before your renewal date.

  • Cancellations made after your renewal has processed will apply to the following cycle.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).
